The location of this restaurant is not ideal as the drive-thru can get packed. They are also slow at getting food out primarily because they seem to be understaffed on several nights. If you are ordering, I suggest ordering on the app and walking in to get it from the kiosk. Otherwise, you'll be in line at the drive-thru for a while. What’s the point of the mobile app offering in-store pickup if the door is locked and you cannot walk inside to get the order from the portal? They had a sign on the door saying “drive thru only”, so I waited in the drive thru line with several cars. The individual at the window was at least apologetic. The food did taste good.
