I understand it takes some extra time, no problem at all - I get there early. The smoothie machine is always down at this location. I’ve waited over 30 mins for two smoothies and a McGriddle. After sitting at curbside for 30 minutes, someone walks out and tells me that their machine is down. Which I understand things happen but I would have appreciated being told this maybe 20 minutes ago.
