Although I do like McDonald's they have fallen so far away from customer service I was looking at a video from 1984 of a McDonald's and it is night and day difference compared to the day! At the end of the day people want good old customer service they want to look someone in the eye when they Place their order not walk up to a machine or computer to place their order it's just sad
I grew on this restaurant as a reward and not a go to for regular meals, but in a pinch, it's one of my favs, and as a reward, it takes me back in the day and once upon a time.

This mcd is always a stop on my morning commute. So much so that the guys know my order before I place it. I'm a creature of habit, so once I decide to do something and it works, I keep it going until things change or life moves me. I usually use the kiosk to save the employees time and use my rewards to order things and customize them the way I like. Even down to the mayo packet. Not once have they messed up my order.
