If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is mismanaged. I would NOT order pick up or delivery from this place if you expect to eat pizza for any meal soon. We waited inside the building for an hour and a half for a pizza that was supposed to be ready for pick up. Unfortunately we had already paid for the pizza or we would have just left. Their response was a credit that had to be used in 30 days..... Who in the world would be ready to go through that again in 30 days. Of course we won't be and wouldn't without new management and people who are trained to do their job.

I was in the mood for a pizza today so I ordered a personal pan pizza with veggie toppings and an order of cheese breadsticks. I am a lover of Pizza Hut so I knew I was getting some delicious grub! The pizza was great as usual with an great taste, and the crust was just right! I have to say the cheese breadsticks were a huge disappointment! They were hard and not as warm as I hoped for. I would have loved to give them a 5 star since I have had no complaints or mishaps with their food or customer service in the past. Overall still a great establishment with good pizzas but today, the flaw was definitely the breadsticks!

Terrible customer service. I ordered back in Aug 6. They’re too cheap to have enough drivers and pay them decent so they use Door Dash. That driver stole my food. When contacting Pizza Hut, since they decided to deliver with Door Dash they said to reach out to Door Dash. Don’t understand why If Pizza Hut is the ones that decided to use DoorDash. Regardless I reached out to DoorDash then they said they have to submit a refund request to Pizza Hut. Now it’s been 3 weeks and still no refund. I’ve called Pizza Hut every week since and they give me the same answer “give us 1-3 days”

This Pizza Hut is a hot mess. There were 8 people waiting inside for pizzas when I arrived tonight. The lady who appeared to be in charge was yelling at her employee named Honesty so everyone in the building could hear. The was a guy talking on a red cellphone with his pants around his thighs the entire 14 minutes I waited inside. My pizza was ready according to the app 8 minutes before it was taken out the oven. The pizza was overcooked and not cut all the way through. It was cooked so long that the stuffed crust I paid extra for was dried up. This is my second time in a month going to this Pizza Hut and I will not be wasting my money here. Last time, my pizza was given to Destiny Hayes who signed my credit card slip and received my pizza before the app said it was ready. They made me a new pizza 25 minutes after my pizza was supposedly ready and I had to bring it home and finish cooking before we could eat. I don’t know who the owner is but you need to make a surprise visit to this restaurant and see how it’s being run.

Just passing through Columbia on the way to Orlando. Ordered Pizza Hut because they deliver and it's a "known entity". The pizza was just as expected and it was delivered within the time frame provided.

I have tried this location plenty of times and they never seem to amaze me. The never answer their phones, when you do place an order then arrive for pick up, they have no idea what your order was or have history of it being placed and when you order curbside pickup, you have to go inside and alert them that you are there after sitting right in front of the front door for 20 mins. As you watch workers walk past that same door 5-6 times and nobody acknowledges you. Also, i followed the prompts on the app to click "I'm here" and nothing then i followed the next prompt to call and it went directly to the operator with all their deals but nobody answered the phone and i was on the phone for 15 mins before i said forget it and walked into the front door and asked if i was gonna be helped. I had my baby in the car, otherwise I would've chosen to carry out and not curbside. This location also needs to do some building touch up because it looks run down and this is the only pizza hut near this area besides ordering papa Johns which is just as jacked up smh

Worst customer service EVER and the food is NEVER on time! This is the second time I have ordered food and it wasn't made right, even though the receipt had the order right, or my food was given away. Then the manager tells me that they don't do refunds and I would have to wait another 10 minutes AFTER waiting over an hour for my food that THEY messed up! He did offer me a measly $15 credit for the 'next time' even though my order came to over $50. Please go some place else if you want good pizza and good service. MOD Pizza is right down the hill and I will DEFINITELY be going there from now on!

This is the worst Pizza Hut in Columbia. Ordered tonight at 6:08pm and the app said it was ready in 13 min! Ordered contactless curbside and called when I got here and no one answered it for 10 min so I came inside where I found 16 people waiting for their pizzas. I'm still waiting. It's 7:15pm and no pizza in sight. No apologies from anyone. I paid online so why walk out? But about to demand a refund. No manager here. The girl up front is as quiet as a mouse. Absolutely ridiculous
