My daughter wanted to go to smashburger and her dad took her on Sunday. The food was not prepared as it was ordered. She ordered a bacon smashburger plain with only the meat, cheese, and bacon, the sandwich was prepared all the way. We live in Lexington by White knoll High School it takes about 30 minutes to drive to smashburger. My daughter ordered me a sandwich as well and decided to wait until she got home to eat it, therefore she didn't check the sandwiches until she got to the house. I had to drive all the way back to smashburger in order to have the food made correctly. The young man on duty remade exactly what was originally ordered, no more no less, nor did he offer any type of compensation other than the remake for their mistake. The receipt clearly said no lettuce no onions no pickles no tomatoes no mayonnaise nothing yet the sandwich was made with everything. The second sandwich had too much mayonnaise mustard and original sauce on it so that one had to be remade as well. I was sadly disappointed in the way our return was handled. The remade sandwiches were prepared correctly and they tasted good, but after having to drive back to smashburger and then return back home we basically spent between the first trip and the second trip almost 2 hours driving back and forth paid $25 and didn't get any type of compensation for my time, inconvenience, or mistakes made.

Pretty good burgers, the fries used to be better so I guess that's why it didn't make the five stars. Service was great, everyone very helpful and friendly and food came out fast.

Paid over 30 bucks for burgers for me and my wife, got home to a couple of tiny, crisp, extremely burnt non-edible burgers. I’m a regualr and understand everyone makes a mistake here and there. When I called the manager said he’d send me an email with free meal vouchers. Never got the email or a call from anyone. I won’t be back. Freddy’s it is.

I visit the restaurant today for lunch. They only had two employees working during the lunch hour. Ok so I understood that and expected a wait. 45 mins to wait to receive food. We I got my food it was barely warm and my tots where swimming in grease. My burger was cold and was missing the avocado!!!! A waste of time and my money so disappointed!!! If I waited this long my food should have been hot and correct. $18.00 for a disaster!!!

I ordered my food on the web at 11:45 with a scheduled pick up at 12:15. I arrived at 12:20 and waited until 12:40 for my food. When I got it, I asked for my cup, which I really should have gotten 20 minutes earlier when I arrived. The girl at the register told me I didn't have a drink. I assured her I did, but despite her having the physical order slip in her hand, I had to pull up my order receipt on my phone in order to get my cup. The food was good, but not $20 good.

Awful. Waited 15 minutes for over cooked onion straws and burger. Actually burger was ready at least 6 mins before onion straws. Burger sat in a bag on counter till onions game out. Burger was supposed to have BBQ sauce, none! The meal coast me $18. Just terrible.

For the third time ordering delivery i did not get the correct items or items missing and when i contacted the store they basically couldn't care of my issue. I believe i spoke to Marquis on the phone and as a restaurant owner i would have fired him for hanging up the phone on me when i was trying to explain the issue. I know it is not their fault that they use door dash but it is their fault that they didn't fulfill the order for the third time.

We’ll be back again because the food was delicious. But with my husband and I the only customers waiting for food (only one other couple there), it took a good while to get the food. Either way, we were satisfied and thank Nate and Marquis(?). Great job!

The staff are SPECTACULAR! Clean environment! Even the cook greater us and ensured that we were all satisfied! The burger was great, it was just VERY, VERY THIN for the price. That's my only issue. Nevertheless, I would revisit just for the helping customer service atmosphere alone!
Came in to grab a quick meal for the road. Immediately after taking our order the guy behind the register "heads out back".20 minutes later and the one guy in the kitchen has informed us twice "only 35 seconds longer". Around 22 minutes after ordering a young lady comes to the register from the back to take the order of a customer who's been waiting a few minutes. She seems out of sorts a little. About 1 minute later I smell the tell-tale smell of Marijuana, recently lit.A few minutes after the young lady came to the counter, the original guy who took our order and then immediately "went out back" appears back in the kitchen to work.Finally, after literally 30 minutes of waiting we left with our food. I wanted to leave but we'd already paid over $30 for the order. My son ended up being 15min late to his drum lessons at Columbia Arts Academy. When the young lady handed me my food I looked her square in the eyes, definitely glossed over. They made us wait 25min longer than I should have taken so they could have a joint break. No doubt.

I'll preface this by saying that my family has always loved Smashburger..... I had multiple issues with one order. I ordered pickup and when I got there at the specified time the employees had not even started the order. The cashier ignored me to talk to a friend in the lobby and did not assist me for several minutes. I then waited almost 20 minutes to get my order and then realized they got part of the order wrong once I got home.

A booming, genuine "Welcome to Smashburger" followed by excellent service from Jarred at the front counter kicked off our first time lunch experience on the right foot. Kids portions were enough for my upper elementary daughter who is trying to order adult meals these days, so that's always a plus in my book. The Avocado Club and the Colorado Smashburger did not disappoint. The burger was tasty and juicy and the accoutrements were fresh - the bacon being particularly flavorful. Will definitely stop by again!
