The app was down and charged me twice. I came to store to get it rectified 2 times and the staff is unable to help me. There needs to be more customer service at this location. They could have just offered to make the smoothies, instead they made me give my information and wait for a call back. Customers should be priority and workers need to trained to handle theses situations. It's not like this is a high cost item. Just make the smoothies and keep the customers happy.

Placed an online order for a smoothie at 12pm I pull up to the store and its several people waiting outside saying they are not open yet the worker apparently locked the door because he is the only one working and he seems to be fixing the machines idk have been waiting in the car for over 15 minutes this is ridiculous if I didn’t already place the online order I would of left do better

No one really answers the phone when I call. I used to work there and I stopped in March of 2023, can the owner please contact me about a W2 as I’ve moved and trying to change the address. Really don’t wanna drive 3 hours just for that.

I do not recommend. I did a pre order on the app and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes before it was ready. The young lady did me or any one else that came in the store. She was also working alone. I’ve been a few times and more times than not only one person is working. It’s not fair to customers or employees…..Smoothie King please do better.

I went today a little before 8:30 pm, two girls told me they were closing early. i had to drive to the Smoothie King at Hardscrabble. i think if the stores closes at 9 pm. You should be serve till that time. Thanks!

I love smoothie king smoothies. My fav is the Vanilla Hulk the only one I purchase but the customer service at this location is terrible.I had a call in order and when I enter the counter there were two men working there on 7-27-23 neither one of them greeted me coming in and I was the only one in the store at the time my smoothie was made very chuncky to add to poor service. I like the smoothie king located 1400 Summit Pkwy the ladies are very polite at that location, smoothies always great.
After the gym I order each time and give the staff enough time to make the smoothies. I get there they have no clue of the order I have to show them and wait additional time. The since of urgency once there is an error addressed is non existing.

Out of smoothie bowls until Wednesday? Sigh This was to be our Sunday morning treat. Maybe next timeUpdate: Six days later and we ordered 2 new smoothie bowls online. Hubby went to pick them up and surprise!! They told him that someone didn’t do their job last night and defrost the açaí? Hubby said well be ready because we’ll be back tomorrow, Sunday, for a bowl. The employee said well hopefully they’ll do their job tonight? Is the the best you can do Smoothie King. Maybe you would benefit with a little training for that location. We’re still waiting for our refund!!2nd Update: lol it’s Sunday and they’re preparing our bowls!! They’re out of blueberries but that’s okay, we’ll take ‘em!! (They are delicious when you can get them!)

This location is terrible. The workers don’t care they get your order right or if you get your order at all. If and when your order is done, it’s a gamble if they call your name or not. The many ruin it for the few because there are a select few good workers.
