I love smoothie king smoothies. My fav is the Vanilla Hulk the only one I purchase but the customer service at this location is terrible.I had a call in order and when I enter the counter there were two men working there on 7-27-23 neither one of them greeted me coming in and I was the only one in the store at the time my smoothie was made very chuncky to add to poor service. Out of smoothie bowls until Wednesday? Sigh This was to be our Sunday morning treat. Maybe next timeUpdate: Six days later and we ordered 2 new smoothie bowls online. Hubby went to pick them up and surprise!! They told him that someone didn’t do their job last night and defrost the açaí? Hubby said well be ready because we’ll be back tomorrow, Sunday, for a bowl. This location is terrible. The workers don’t care they get your order right or if you get your order at all. If and when your order is done, it’s a gamble if they call your name or not. The many ruin it for the few because there are a select few good workers.
