“Wow, they are so super kind early in the morning. I have not been on any other shift but I am seven months pregnant and came to sit down while I waited on the bus. The ladies told me I was fine to have a seat and even offered me a cup of water. That meant so much to me. It is the little things that make peoples day. I don’t think they realize how they made my day with just a small act of kindness. When I am able to drink coffee again, I will definitely be coming here. These are great people. Keep it up guys.“
“Red Bank/White Knoll location. My daughter gets coffee here maybe 5 times a week. They are so nice to her, i see why she loves it. There coffee drinks are expensive, but nicely crafted and delicious. I make my own, and drink it black, so dont drink starbucks, dunkin, or others much. But if you want a really good dessert coffee (mines usually Irish) this is a great Starbucks!Parking: Drive into a spot, put the car in park, and youve done it. Good for you! “Firstly, and really the only reason this didn't get 5 stars, is they're extremely slow. There's maybe 1-2 people working at a time, with one person taking orders and making drinks. I've gone there on a 30min lunch break and spend 20min of it waiting in line. The saving grace, however, is how nice and patient the staff are and how accurate the drinks, as well. They will have some stock issues, occasionally, but that goes for nearly every Starbucks. My only other complaint is that you can't place an order through the Starbucks app for this location - so no ordering ahead! And I really hate waiting in lines.“

“I didn't visit for me but, for my niece. They have great customer service. My niece got the ham and Swiss croissant. It is small but, we had to pinch off twice to get to the ham. She wanted me to try it. It was good for the piece I had. Wouldn't mind getting two myself. You'll need two to get enough to eat.“
“Wonderful staff, very delightful to speak with. Lovely atmosphere, great views sitting at the outside tables. Fast service despite the many visiting today, they were on their game, and no seen misorders. The warmer/toaster doesn't seem to be heating evenly or all the way, though. The cheese wasn't evenly melted on the grilled cheese ordered. Many deals are happening now in store. “When I placed my mobile order. I ordered a Hot Blonde Vanilla Latte, however when my husband brought my order home it was iced. He doesn't understand the difference so he didn't know the order was incorrect. I attempted to call the location but no answer and I emailed customer service and no response as of yet.“
“We were here 2 days in a row during our stay for a graduation. The first day it was absolutely slam packed full, yet the employees remained friendly, helpful, and kept things moving smoothly-with perfect orders and organization. “Hey Ya’ll. While I’m not the biggest fan of Starbucks. I went here because my love had a special request. This is one of the best locations I have been to. Everyone is so kind, very thorough, and the drinks come out perfect! While I haven’t ever eaten here, I would. The cases are clean, floors are also. It smells wonderful, and they have a good turnover time on their case items. I recommend this location for all you Starbucks lovers out there!Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options.Parking: There is plenty of parking and because it shares an area with a larger parking lot there is plenty of over flow.“
“Even though this is one of the busiest Starbucks in Columbia and specifically on USC’s campus, the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and hard-working. I go to a lot of different Starbucks in the area including the Lexington, Irmo, and Sandhills area, while all locations have very friendly staff, this particular location always stands out to me. Many of them seem to build strong connections with customers while simultaneously managing the constant rush of tired students and staff getting to class. They really do seem to always be on their A-game!“
“I have only been to Starbucks a few times, so I’m really not comfortable ordering. The really nice barista, named Kat was so patient with me and made a suggestion for a strawberry refresher. I really enjoyed it! My friend and I chatted until closing time, and never once did she make us feel rushed or unwelcome. I really appreciate her customer service and will definitely be back for another refresher!“
“EVERY TIME I walk in here at 6:30 for a simple coffee, they have to brew it and I am stuck waiting 15 minutes. They open at 6:00, why do they not have coffee ready? It IS a coffee shop. This needs to change. Management, are you listening? I would also like to add my own cream and sugar. I've already touched a germ laden door handle so the germs on the creamer don't really matter. Do better.“
“I ordered a crème brûlée and wanted a touch more sweetness and th wonderful barista suggested it with cinnamon dulce syrup and oh my word my taste buds exploded with e excitement! Literally so good. While this location is small it's a mighty one. The baristas are very delightful and helpful giving wonderful customer service and great drink combinations. Overall 10/10 would recommend this location and drink combo.... Thank me later“
“The Starbucks in the library opens early and closes late, Monday to Thursday 7:30-23:00, with slightly shorter opening hours on Fridays and weekends.Fully serving students in the library!But there are always queues all year round. Hahaha, the demand is very strong. It takes about 10 minutes to order and 10 minutes to get the coffee.However, the milk foam of the latte is not very delicate, and it is not a very good experience to drink it.But you can drink coffee at your seat, so basically everyone has a cup.Btw, by the way, the library has free wifi. Even if you are not a student, you can come in to work and study.There are quiet floors and floors where you can talk.It's a very, very good library“

“Well, you know Starbucks is Starbucks There’s like one on every corner now they’re just like gas stations I’m still a rookie to Starbucks. I have no clue what to get today. I got a black coffee cold brew with caramel in it. I have to say it was pretty darn good. It was much better than the instant coffee I had drank earlier.“
