Wow. The people in this establishment made me want to run the other direction. I was assisted by a rather kind gentleman creating my sandwich tonight, although he did deny the service of a restroom which was needed by my peers and I. The worst part of my service was the two large children who told me to leave the establishment and eat outside on the curb in the 29 degree weather tonight at about 7 pm when I should’ve been able to eat inside. These children didn’t even give us a second to wait for the rest of our party to restrain form yelling at us for begging to open our sandwiches just the second we received them to check our order was correct before yelling and accusing us for being disrespectful, meanwhile we hadn’t even begun to eating. I regret leaving a tip to these people. The way they treated me has left me questioning if I should ever go back. I am very disappointed because normally I love subway and the kind people who work there. These two children, who seemed to think they ran the establishment, really threw me off. Wont be coming back ever again and will be telling my friends not to as well because of this service. The only remotely good part was the food. Just to add, the large girl kept screaming at us “do you know how disrespectful you are” to us as we were just trying to wait for the rest of our party before going back out into the cold. Very unprofessional, I am disappointed.

This is the worst Subway in Columbia. I ordered online (Got a confirmation email), and when I was told that my order was ready they told me that they never received it and that it could be at another Subway. The moron at the counter, his name is Deshaun, got aggressive and disrespectful before telling me that there is nothing he can do for me. Fire that kid.

Regarding food and service this is the worst subway I have ever encountered would suggest you go across the street to Jersey Mikes might cost a little more but well worth every cent

How does a footlong, chips, and a drink cost $21 here, but $13 at the Assembly location? The sandwiches were good, but we had to reach out to the bank for a partial refund.

I liked my 6" Veggie Delight meal. Fresh and tasty. I rarely have a problem with Subway. Place was clean. Staff was nice. Reminder: Their bathroom is closed to the public during the pandemic.
