“The food is Taco Bell, it is what it is.The service was only saved by the assistant manager, Veronica. While others were rushing us & being rude, she verbally reprimanded them immediately and came to check on us personally. If not for her and her alone, this would be 1 star (because you can't go 0) and we would not consider visiting this place again.“
“The service is slow but that's due to a lack of dedicated workers. The person who took our order seemed to be the only person working drive-thru and front counter. But she made up for the lack of employees and did her very best to make sure our food came out correct and I'm a somewhat timely manner. I wish I would have gotten her name.“
“Ordinarily the service here is sub par at best, but today they had a lovely young lady working the drive thru named Shaniqua. She was polite, had a great attitude, great smile and the service was quick and accurate. I don't know where y'all found Shaniqua, but you better go ahead and clone her and then have her teaching customer service classes across America. She understood the assignment. Thank you Shaniqua!“
“We don’t eat fast food often but this is the only place where the staff here has gotten our order right every single time, despite it sometimes being complicated due to my toddlers’ dietary restrictions. Ordering through the app makes it much easier, and the staff is always friendly.“
“I was originally upset coming in seeing the app didn't work as I am very particular about how my food is made. But this location made my food perfect the only thing could be better if I made it myself. The location has higher than normal prices as my usual #1 is around 12 dollars I paid over 17. Huge shout out to “
“Several times I have ordered ahead on the app. Every time they prepare my order right away so it is soggy by the time I pick it up, despite a button that says they will make it when I click the "on my way" button. No one mans the counter area. Orders must be placed on the app or at a kiosk. So when I pick up my food I have to try to get someone's attention to give me my now cold, soggy food. Employees will look right at me and ignore me even as I try to tell them I can see my order sitting behind the counter waiting on me.“
“I loved Taco Bell when it first became popular in the 90’s but the lack of poorly prepared food cause me to stop eating it for many years. I often try to watch what I eat, but I have recently been indulging in fast food on occasion. We stopped at this Taco Bell when they first opened and I couldn’t believe how fresh all the food was. The tacos were actually full and not just some soggy tortillas. We don’t live close, but we will travel a distance to go to this particular Taco Bell. You can tell they give a damn on how they prepare the food and they always greet you with a good attitude.“
