I decided to take a stop to this establishment and when I first enter it had a nice rich green thumb vibe to it and it was really nice! The worker named Solomon helped me figure what type of salad would be fitting to my flavor pallete and we found it and I gave it a try and it was exactly I wanted! So please give credit where it's due! It was my first time trying out Verde and I throughly enjoyed my experience. The restaurant was very clean as well as wonderful and welcoming staff. The Assistant General Manager, Solomon delivered the best customer service I’ve received in a long time with great personality as well as recommending me one of my new favorite meals. Would definitely recommend to try out if you’d like a light and filling meal.

First off I'm not a Salad Guy but Kady was amazing how she made my salad and explained all the ingredients over the phone with patience. I am Thur the roof happy with my experience. I would highly recommend to all people in The Columbia area. They need a location in Charlotte NC. Coming back soon.
