My wife and I went with our friends on a Friday evening around 7:30. We were shocked to find out they were out of chocolate ice cream. So we all decided on banana splits. My wife got hers first. 5 minutes later, mine shows up melted. Our friends were told the ice cream isn't ready and can't make theirs after bringing me a melted mess. We all asked for a refund. We followed the person back in the door. He refunded our friends that got nothing with no issue. He asked me to go back out and retrieve the melted mess from the table if I wanted a refund. What an absolute disgrace. I walked out on him. He can keep my money if he has to be that petty. He brought the mess. He could have carried it back in himself.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. I tried their ice cream along with the family. Everything was good except getting one of the orders wrong. I also tried their friend chicken and it was ?good!!
