Food prepared like slop. I visit maybe 3 times a year and every time I'm reminded of the reason. Save your money for something at least edible. I think I would've rather tried the dog biscuits they keep on the table near the drive thru window. No lie!

Ordered a shake and pretzel at the drive thru. She almost charged me 3x as much, because she read someone else's order. To top it off, she gave me the wrong flavor shake, and what really gets me is, the receipt says the wrong flavor also. Never apologized for the incorrect total.

Awful, awful. My order was a partially filled french fry carton and a very sad burger that resembled something someone sat upon. You couldn't pay me to waste my money there again. Nasty, nasty waste of money. On a good note the server was lovely, kind and apologetic so I give service a 5.

Management needs to make the employees do better they are the reflection of the business. I work in the food industry so I'm aware but this is unacceptable.
