I’ve been to this location many times and I have noticed there never seems to be an adult working there only young adult/teenage guys running the place. Tonight I took my family there and paid $34 for 3 meals. I specifically stated that my daughter wanted mayo on her sandwich as she is a picky eater. I repeated it twice to make sure they got it right. When she got her sandwich it did not have mayo and so I told one of the guys and his response was I can’t touch the sandwich...read full review
The customer service is pretty good, they seem friendly and attentive. Only thing is that there is a lot of new trainees so have patience with them. The area we eat at is super clean, the bathrooms always are stocked and the tables are usually spotless. The food service is super fast and sometimes they do get items wrong, for example I got cucumbers on my sandwich (#9) that doesn’t even come with them.
