Was there this afternoon grabbing a quick lunch.The sweetest lady i’ve ever encountered I believe she said her name was Lisa brought me my food with the best customer service i’ve ever received in Easley. Super friendly, very well spoken, have been there in the past and the quality of service and food has definitely gone up since my last visit. Clemson and Greenville locations are now closed so now this is our only option. Very well done sonic of Easley!

Came for the eclipse glasses. Paid for the smoothie, they said the glasses were in the bag, and guess what, no glasses. And the smoothie sucked. Good job, guys.

Im changing my review..the night before last was the last straw..we went up for dinner, and i went to the drive thru, and i ordered my boys' food, then my chicken wraps, and it took a few minutes before someone even came to the window..when he finally did, he asked if i had meal so and so & so and so, my boys' meals, and i said 2 chicken wraps too..my bill was $23 when it should have been under $20..i asked for the reciept, and he said it was in the bag..i looked at it as I was pulling out of the parking lot, and noticed that I was charged for two barbecue chicken sandwiches instead of wraps....I even repeated it to him at the window.. as I got back to the parking lot to walk inside I caught the CarHop and told him what was going on and he went in and brought me my wraps and I asked for some money back considering that the chicken sandwiches cost more than the wraps, and he said no I was going to just be given these and I again had to explain to the CarHop that I got the wrong order and that the sandwiches were more than the wraps.. I finally got the difference back and as I was on my way home eating my wraps, the chicken was tough and didn't taste good.. I try to give this Sonic more chances, but every time I am disappointed because the people taking the orders cannot ever seem to get my orders right...also they put about 60% ice in the cups so you're not getting very much to drink...i will not be going back to this sonic..i will find the one in Anderson and start going there instead and hope that they are better

I just left this location about 5 minutes ago and got the best service in the drive thru that I’ve ever gotten at a sonic in my life. I didn’t catch the lady’s name, but she had mid length darker hair and the sweetest accent. Made my day!

Atmosphere is what you make it... your in your car unless you choose to get out. But car hop ladies are amazing....chill corner dogs are not as good as they used to be. Getting older I keep heart burn...Parking: EasleyKid-friendliness: Yes there's table outside.

I was there on Wednesday and Lisa the manager was so professional and nice, she brought my food out to me because all the other carhops looked busy and didn't want my food to be cold. My food was fresh and hot. I wish they had service like this everywhere in town. I will for sure be back!
