I didn’t catch her name, wish I did but this morning the sweetest lady handed me my drink and allowed me to try it to make sure I liked it. I get Starbucks Every day and her customer service was over the top.

Located inside Greenville hospital. The young lady taking my order was not friendly. (I was getting a coffee for my twin sister in ICU) I'm not used to ordering specialty coffees, so I asked a couple of questions. She acted as though I was asking her to cut off her hand ): I would acknowledge all the others were all working very hard with lots of orders. This person, however, never smiled and seemed irritated to answer my questions.The store was slightly dark but nicely arranged with products.

I ordered a refreshers drink with no ice, as I have done multiple times a week for years. This is a new location and is more convenient, so I decided to try them. I did a mobile order and went to pick it up in store. I get to the counter and my cup is sitting there half empty. I asked the barista about it and she said her manager told her to make it like that because it is an extra charge for no ice. I ordered on the app, I put no ice and i paid what it told me to pay. Won't be going back to this location. I'm fine with it not being filled to the top because of the lack of ice but this was ridiculous.

Drinks don't fill the cup, asked for venti matcha latte and foam was 1/4 of the cup too much ice and the matcha was not strong flavor. It tasted like sugared milk. Please get better at making drinks. There is always a huge line in the mornings

I go to multiple Starbucks to do school work during my week and this location is my absolute favorite. The employees always have a great attitude and even when it's so so busy they greet you with a smile and a "hey! how are you!" as you walk in. My drink is always amazing!! They're the most personable fast food workers I've ever encountered. Love, love, love!!!

Stopped by Starbucks while out shopping, and used the app to order online. I'm not really a coffee drinker, so I ordered a hot chocolate for in store pick up. It's a nice store with wifi and plenty of tables and chairs. They sell coffee to take home, pastries, muffins and sandwiches .The servers were friendly, but they do a lot of business. Service was a little slow, when my hot chocolate was ready, the young lady that made it just placed it on the pickup counter, and didn't call out a name or anything. I finally asked her then she asked my name. A nice place to chill out if you have the time.
