“I wanna take a moment to really rate these guys into the way they should and beyond more..first off I'm not from here or even close to being from here I'm from Texas and my other half was suddenly taken out of my life and she's the only reason I was here because this is where her family is from this is where she was raised up so I know absolutely a hand ful of ppl and i barely kniw them just hi and bye but anyways .. im starvin at thus very moment at the house so i decide to take a afternoon stroll just to see whats going on and i pass this restraunt thissandwich shop and decided to smoke a cigarette in the back a coupleppl workers walk out and i jjst simoky ask en if they had any leftovers and she sed look walk thru tjat front door rt there and someone will be with u ..as it went iwalked in and a man asked me what wanted i told him whatever he preferred he made me the best sandwjch and they gave me a drink and ive never had such polite ppl in my lil 20 minute sandwich afternoon delight in my life.. thank u palmetto subs ..y'all rockk yall are most def my favorite place in Florence a keep up the good work .. this world needs make ppl like u guysKid-friendliness: Super nice pplParking: Plenty of space it's just the drive thru could get a lil crowded by the looks of it but greatokelace all in all“

“The food was good, I’ll definitely order take out the next time. The atmosphere, it depends on the crowd you want to cater too. Today’s rap is not it. Maybe not at as loud, but some R&B, a little mellow country, some jazz possibly. The service, well, the chef was awesome. He came out of his area and really made us feel welcome. I appreciate that! Now with that being said, to work in customer service you really have to have a good heart because dealing with the public or people in general is not easy. When you offer people a product that you want in return, funds/benefits, you put on a happy face even if you have to fake it because you want said people to not only come back but you want them to tell the next person about your product and encourage them to try it also. When2 people work together, ones negativity can show through the other. The guy at the counter/cash register who took my order, although he didn’t offer everything that came with my plate nor did I receive everything that was advertised to come with my plate, he tried. If I could show the expression on the females face I would before we could glance the menu the person I came in with wanted to go. I’m guessing the person immediately felt uncomfortable. We did come in before 6pm and we did wait more than 30 mins for our food. 10 minutes in to us eating, she came in the dining area and asked if we need 1 bag or 2 and not in a polite tone. Smh,…. The bathroom was clean.“
