“We stop in Florence every time we drive to Florida and Outback is our place. We love your city and the people are so very nice. Our waitress Taylor went above and beyond and she is the sweetest!!”

“We finally made it to Victors, located in downtown Florence inside lobby of hotel (I forgot hotel name). There is a casual section in front with bar and formal in back but it is semi-casual IMO as saw guy with shorts beside us. The seating had a sheik pattern that gave off modern vibes perfect for relaxed atmosphere. The bread was delivered on a S.C. shaped board although our server pointed out that it was actually upside down. Small unique quirks like this can push review ratings into higher territory for me. Starter of fried oyster was ok but raw is better for us. I wanted to enjoy my meal no matter cost so chose scallops served on grits with spinach, it was great. My wife chose catch of the day, presentation was on point, props to the chef. Wife choice for dessert was cheesecake can't go wrong there. There is a courtyard just outside on hotel grounds perfect for photos. Nice spot for special dinner or casual stop-in, downtown Florence.”

“DO NOT OVERLOOK this real gem in Florence, across the street from the Hyatt & 1/2 block from Hotel Florence (super hotel by the way!!). Most notable here is the open pit charcoal grill on which all meats & other grilled food items are prepared. No electric grill but authentic charcoal! I had the NY strip & my spouse enjoyed the filet. Both were tender & yummy. Do Not Miss the “peas,” which are really black-eyed beans with the most DELICIOUS aromatic sauce. Paired with the Carolina rice they could be a meal in themselves if not for the large steak portion. Brussel sprouts were excellent, a little crispy the way I like them with a subtle but flavorful mustard sauce. The special appetizer was fried oysters on top of deviled eggs-very tasty!! Good bar cocktail menu & wine selection. Professional staff & we found the service attentive & prompt (Thanks Desmond, our server). Highly recommended for a solid meal, great ambiance, & reasonable pricing.”

“if a person wants to take a trip to Italy and taste the excellent homemade Italian food there is no need to take a plane to go to Italy... all you have to do is eat at Massimo's restaurant.Translating... “Just wow! I’ve had multiple different dishes here and I’ve been blown away each and every time. Alex does it the best. Staff are friendly and personable, makes you feel like you’re eating a fancy dinner at home. And did I mention the food was delicious?! Don’t forget to save room for dessert because the tiramisu is the BEST! Don’t bother trying to share it because there will be fighting over it.”

“Happened upon this place while walking the Florence Rail Trail. The hazy IPA had a lot of flavor for a 5.1 abv. Brandon was awesome! We will definitely come back next time we’re passing through Florence.”

“The food and service were amazing. However, we were seated next to a lady with 2 dogs who were supposed to be service dogs. While I understand the need for them, I feel there should have been a separate seating area for them, or we should have been asked were we ok being seated next to them. When the lady got up to leave with her 2 dogs, one of them sneezed and shook. Which had the potential for dog hair to fly into people's food and on the table. Staffing didn't take into consideration allergies that others may have.”

“I ordered mussels with shrimp and a side of black mussels. The food was delicious. I also shared an appetizer of chicken tenders which were really good but under seasoned a little. The service was excellent”

“This restaurant Said it cooked food in front of you. Not true. Had no one to cook on grill that day not to mention we were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was flawless”

“I heard about this place by word of mouth so, I decided to try it out and the food was delicious. The prices are reasonable with the portion of food they give you. If you like wings, you’ll love their wings. The burgers are tender and juicy, and beef fried rice tasty. The salad was probably one of the best ones my wife ever had. This place is a must try.”

“Parking: The restaurant shares a building with the Shell gas station on Pamplico Highway, right past MUSC/Carolinas Hospital…. It’s on the left corner. There is a drive thru window on the building but they don’t use it so u just park in front of the door and run in.”

“Great place with great kept up tables. I just wish there were ppl that could shoot pool ?there? Nothin but players there, great ppl, and great atmosphere. I've got nothing but positive vibes from the good ppl that frequent that place. The owners are two amazing ppl that make that happen. Best place in Florence for good food, karaoke, cold drinks, along with an awesome bartender, and good times that follow???”

“My first time going there since they moved off of Dargan. I placed my order for Philly Cheesesteak, waitress came back saying they were out, ok no problem. Let me get the cheeseburger sliders, they were out, Cuban sliders, they were out. I said give me theultimate cheeseburger, they had it available. How can I get the ultimate cheeseburger but you can’t make the cheeseburger sliders, I assume they were out of the Hawaiian rolls that go with the sliders since Cuban sliders wasn’t available. I enjoyed my ultimate cheeseburger and fries. The wings I took home for my granddaughter, she loved them. I will definitely try them again.Parking: Downtown is crowded and parking is terrible.”

“We split the combo, both the ribs and brisket were excellent. There was also self serve selection of 4 sauces.(they seemed a little thin in consistency .. maybe that’s nml?.. vinegar based as typical in SC) sides were good. Contrary to a couple of reviews, everything was clean, restrooms included, and the door knob was not greasy/ sticky.. good music , not too loud. Enjoyed our visit.”

“If you are a fan of the Japanese steak house concept, you are going to love Miyami. They have a great sushi bar, open bar, and hibachi cooking. I had the steak and chicken combo for lunch and it was very good and reasonably priced..Give these folks a try.”

“Listen y’all, if I was to go by the reviews I’d have NEVER eaten anything here. Thank god I went thru Uber eats and didn’t pay attention. These are the BEST potstickers I’ve ever had hands downs and my husband and sons bao buns were perfect! They were big and plump and full and soft! They were amazing! Everyone is a critic now and days folks but please give this place a chance! Their ginger chicken potstickers are the best!!! I wish I could add photos but I ate it all…my box is empty. Now I’m sad lol”
