We typically love chipotle, I was craving it tonight on a road trip and stopped into this location on our way, unfortunately the location was very unsanitary.The floors were filthy and had clearly not been swept or washed in quite some time, behind the counter was atrocious with piles of spilled food and reciepts in the food prep area, and the restroom floor was covered with stagnant ? water. Food was tasty as always but the experience was not at all worth the cost, if we had taken a closer look around before ordering we wouldn't have stayed.

The customer service is awful here. Only one girl was serving up the food and the rest were standing around doing nothing. Half of the ingredients were out of stock and in the meantime while we waited for our food, flies were landing on them. The restaurant was also dirty.

Seems like this is becoming more and more common with food places here. Completely wrong order and missing items, can't get through by phone, I think the salt shaker broke because we got all the salt in the bag of chips.

It's a shame that this location has gone as far downhill as it has but unfortunately that's where we are at this point. I have eaten at Chipotle restaurants literally Coast to Coast (as my work has me traveling regularly) and this is by far the worst Chipotle location that I've ever been to. And I've given this location many, many opportunities over the years and I keep thinking that they're going to get better and they never do.This last time that I stopped in I decided not to even place an order as all of their natural drink selections were completely out. In the past they've been out of other items as well, so I don't know what the problem is with their supply chain. Also another ongoing problem that I've experienced only at this location and I'm speaking in terms of at least 5-10 different times.....how do you make corn chips soggy? This is the only Chipotle location I've ever been to with this ongoing problem where more than just a couple of the corn chips in the entire bag are literally soft. This location also has a consistent problem with cleanliness. Nothing more needs to be said about that. All around, this location is a bad representative of the company and I don't understand why these consistent problems can't be dealt with once and for all.

We went out of the way on our drive up north from Florida to eat at this Chipotle because we wanted something better than fast food. We stepped into the door and couldn't help but notice how filthy the restaurant was. The floors, and the tables were disgusting! Not one person was eating inside the restaurant, but who'd want to eat in such a dirty place?!We looked at the area where they were making the food orders and immediately walked out. It was appalling. The bins were almost empty and there was dry, crusty, old food all over the counter. This location needs a manager that cares about food safety and personal service. It was a waste of time stopping.

Had I taken a better look around before ordering I never would have eaten here today. The tables and floors were dirty, obviously not attended to in some time. The restroom was an absolute pig sty, with all manner of crud caked on fixtures and walls. I advised my wife she’d be better off in a gas station restroom. She took one look and agreed with me. The overall experience left me wondering if the food I had just eaten had received the same level of attention as the rest of the restaurant. Ugh!!!!
Got me a steak bowl and the meat was so chewy and tough.

Their food is better than Moe's but their staff could be more friendly like the one in Charlotte. And they don't tell you they charge extra for guacamole if you get it in your bowl. So that was very upsetting to pay almost $3 for a spoon of guacamole. SMH. Will I visit again Heck No.
