Went there for the first time tonight. Great flavor and selections. Prices are cheaper than other ice cream locations in Florence. Don't believe the reviews on FB. Everyone makes a mistake. It's how the business corrects them that sets them apart from others. Great place. We will be returning.
This ice cream and shaved ice shop is AMAZING! Hidden, but 100% worth going to! We go at least every to every other week and the employees are kind and quick. Will keep coming back!

The service is great. They are friendly and responsive at your requests. The Ice cream can be topped with many different toppings. Also don't forget the Snowballs. The are excellent. You can get them stuffed with ice cream if you want. Strawberries and Vanilla ice cream. Yum!
