Lady in there made me an awesome Italian sub and any questions I had answered them with the best answer possible I even said oh that a great looking sub and she answered well I hope u enjoy it as mush as I enjoyed making it for you wow great job loved my experience there n me of course forgot her name
This past July, I was providing for an office party. I called the subway that I normally use and they could not help me. I called this subway and a very nice lady helped guide my order and I do believe she actually made the trays of sandwiches for me and then helped me get them to the car! Order through the app, which is usually fine. However once getting home, my meatball sub was ice cold and not toasted as requested. The meatballs should have still been warm tho. The entire sandwich was as if it came out the fridge. It also had the completely wrong cheese on it. My husband's Chicken Teriyaki was the same, absolute cold. It was supposed to be warmed chicken. Just sloppy work.
