The cook told our sever that he was NOT taking any orders and for him not to call out ANY orders for him! We sat there for 20 minutes before we finally left with only having gotten a tea and a coffee! We will NOT be going back and do NOT recommend ANYONE eating here!

Beware of the restaurant waiter black guy who have hot pink hair and long nails. Me and my friend sat down and placed an order with him.We told him we wanted 2 hashbrown bowls with grits, one with cheese the other without. So when our food came, it was without grits and both had cheese. So we looked at him and said sorry this is not the order we place.This waiter was so rude and threw up his hands and said he don't have time for us and said out loud he has no patience. I was in shock because I'm visiting in town and this the type of southern hospitality we get. So i said this is simple and he walked away talking to other co workers and sat down. Remind you he justtjre the food down and pranced to the end of the restaurant talking about he has no patience. So here i am asking for another waiter and an older lady said she on break.Finally a younger guy politely got up from his break and redo our order the right way.In the meantime thie pink hair guy turn the music on loud because he didn't want to hear our voices talking about the complaints of his rudeness. The cook who made our food was ok.The hashbrowns was a bit hard but everything eles was ok.Very rude waiter and I'll never go back.

I'm a worker at the waffle House and the service is ok but it could be better, the cooks aren't as friendly as they should be to the customers. They use foul language in front of the customers, they smoke marijuana in the back of the building then bring the smell back inside around the customers, the cook will throw food on the floor without cleaning it up. I've seen fights there and the police never showed when they were called and sometimes the waiters will curse a customer out. Also one of the cooks was going back and forth with a paying customer. This waffle House should be closed down until they get some professional workers there or some people who can't at least deal with the public, especially on Friday and Saturday night when you have a club right down the road and they leave that club they end up at this waffle House, they have only one security guard and she's an unarmed guard to have to try and keep everything safe when there's to much going on there. The place needs help......,..

I want to recognize Felix! When we walked in last night and saw only one person working, I’ll admit we were hesitant to stay and order. My fiancé and o brought my two daughters. I told him they would split an All Star plate, then we ordered our food. He immediately started cooking and came back maybe ten minutes with their food. That’s when I noticed that he had taken the time to evenly separate their meal- even the waffle. We did overhear that he was supposed to have a waitress helping him, but we saw only him until a good while after my fiancé and I got our food. We love WH and have visited multiple locations. I can honestly say last night was the first time we have walked out with ZERO complaints. Felix went above and beyond our expectations without complaining or making us feel unwelcome. I also feel that it’s important to note that I posted about my experience in multiple Facebook groups, and I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from others who have worked with Felix and those who have encountered him. I honestly could not thank or commend him enough. He deserves all of the recognition!!!!
