We eat here whenever we stay at the La Quinta in Florence, which is about twice a year, and the food is always fresh, hot, and tasty.Tonight we checked in, ordered online, then my husband walked over to get the food. He said the staff was really friendly, they had all the drink flavors in stock, and they even gave us extra dipping sauce.The food was fresh, hot, and the order was correct. Recommended for a quick meal on the road. The dogs also love it!
I ordered a cobb salad (take out) was missing most of the ingredients egg,bacon and cheese.I mean really how do you not put these items on the salad! It's a cobb salad after all!!!

First timer…. And I might give them a chance another time.. I felt as though the attitudes were uncalled for.. understandable if every customer comes in with a guard up.. but the service provided really needs to be with a smile.. and cheerful.. not mono tone and short/curt.. fries were a little dry and under temp.. would have been better to have maybe a Sauce of some kind to put on them.. but would have been charged full price … White Cheddar .. and all I wanted was a side...read full review
