Hardee's is NOT what it used to be. The food is always greasy and never seems fresh. Years ago, this restaurant chain rivalled McDonald's, but now, it's not even in the same category. Too bad this location isn't a McDonald's.

We was so uncomfortable after we placed our order..Grumpy and short, dealing with the public you can not bring that type of attitude to work, just stay home.. Definitely prayed over the food! Hash rounds cooked in old grease..

Legit waited 10 mins, for one biscuit there was nobody else in the main lobby, except for me. And I was told that I was going to have to wait as she took care of the drive-through customers because it was only her working. I could hear the drive-through bell consistently beeping, which meant she was prioritizing all the other orders over me being there already for 10 minutes. After she had taken care of everybody in the drive-through, she didn’t started on working on her lunch menu instead of taking my order, so at that point I just walked out. The customer service was trash. The cooks in the background complaining about having to work because too many people came in today.

Updated review. I visit this location often and I don't know if they're short staffed... but they always seem to be behind on orders. I use the mobile order feature a lot and on one occasion, I used the inside pickup to save time... only to find that the doors were locked. The point of inside pickup was to save time. I hope they get it together soon as there aren't many locations left in the area.
Brit and Paul are awesome... Great food put up with my indecisiveness and all with a smile... Oh the place was clean too.... Two thumbs up on everything!
