The bathroom had no soap, so I'm not sure how anyone washed their hands. The restaurant was busy inside and in drive thru they needed more help. I think they needed more help. Food wasn't cooked well but was corrected. The Manger was WONDERFUL. I didn't see her name, but she has the right position. She knows how to treat people.

The inside of this location is actually really nice. What's sad is the lack of professionalism and use of profanity within the staff. My experiences have been poor, but today's was worse. The staff were yelling and swearing at each other will a lobby full of 20+ people. We were all waiting for fight to start - what a shame.

I wish I knew what kind of miracle it takes to get a correct order and fresh hot fries. We ordered 2 Large teas, get to the window, and we're given 2 medium teas. We weren't gonna argue over tea cup sizes even though we ordered 2 Large teas. We can't help if the employee put in something else I requested fresh hot fries and couldn't even get that.

Clean but I dont like that there is a wall up so I can't see my food being made. Lobby door says open to 11:00 and it was closed it was only 9:30
Had a curbside pick up because of being sick waited 20 minutes outside then went in side and waited an other 10 but only after calling out to the manager not load but just saying excuse me knowing hears me but just keeps her back to me then I say I know you can hear me and tell her I been waiting now 30 minutes for my curbside and it's sitting right there in front of her. I ask if it's been ready all this time why was it brought to me then she begins to be mouthy saying she not had time ect. I tell her the proper response is just to say I am sorry sir but she wants to keep going tells me to get out of her store. I tell her it not your store if it was you would not talk to me like that and had would just apologize for my wait and be done not all the mouth and other manager came up put his arm in front of her and try to get her to back away I assume for the same thing as I was seeing the aggressive of her I know it not her store so it really does not matter to her but I will get out and never be back

The screen was out so I couldn't confirm if my order was correct...the cashier didn't call my order back to me got to the window and it was wrong asked politely if I could order my missing item at the window and the manager said no..bad customer service and faulty equipment wouldn't recommend..
