The food at McDonalds is hit or miss. It seems to correspond with the time of day. During busy times, the food seems fresher but not always. After busy times, you get what's been sitting around a while. The lines do move fast but maybe that's because they precook a lot of items. You can't have fast service if you have to cook everything fresh I guess.
Waited several minutes at the counter with no one coming up to assist with taking my order, the manager send a young man to the front after seeing me from the kitchen. He comes up, sees a friend and starts talking to them in front of me, while waiting on their food. After the conversation, he then comes to the register and just looks at me. No greeting, no may I help you or may I take your order This is the kind of customer service. I am a custom to at McDonald, it’s not acceptable....read full review
