The employee working the window was not cordial at all and omitted many items from the order. I had to remind them that my wife ordered a taco salad, as they completely left it out. Even after pointing this out, they still left out the tortillas. The location is notorious for leaving items out of the order and not exhibiting good customer service. I don't frequent this location for this reason.

Staff messed up the order of the guy in front of me. And then messed up my order too. I ordered a regular single with all the fixings and light, ketchup. RECIEVED single with only heavy ketchup. The chili was the worst Wendy’s chili, I’ve ever had - watery and unappealing. I don’t normally leave critical reviews, but this was a particularly bad experience.
