“The experience at this McDonald's really depends on the staff working. I have had both great and not so great experiences at this location. Every member of the drive thru staff working the night of 1/19/2024 deserves 5 stars. Everyone was super friendly, my order was correct, and the food was good and fresh. On other occasions, I feel like I am a burden to even get in line.“

“We are visiting from Ky and stopped by for dinner. The best cheese steak we’ve had! We Met the owner and he showed us the fresh meat and how he makes the cheese steak. It was awesome to see how much passion he has for what he does and the food he serves. Great waitress as well. Very friendly and sweet.“

“This 5 guys makes the best food! The food is always fresh and doesn't take forever to be made to order. However, a few times the soda machines were out of order, but the staff kept working on it diligently until they got it back up. Meanwhile, they were willing to make me a shake since the drink I wanted wasn't available because I don't drink soda. The store could be cleaned a little better because I always have to clean the table top and chairs when I dine in.“

“Ok, this is awesome. Ask and you shall receive. I am on a keto lifestyle and to show you that you can eat keto just about anywhere here you go. Adam was the young man who waited on me. I explained to him about being on a keto lifestyle, and he said no problem. Adam told me how I could order my buger, I told him that sounds great. I w waited for my wife to get inside, and we placed our order. I found out David was the person who cooked my hamburger. I will tell you this. The taste of the buger was awesome. I have eaten at other places in Myrtle Beach, but this burger ranks in the top two places for taste, and the price is way better. “Very Expensive small burger combo! I was truly blown away at the cost of my bacon cheeseburger combo.The fries were fantastic, about the best I have had. The loaded burger was good but was not stand out great as far as meat quality but it was good and better than most if not all national chain fast food burger joints but I have had better from local places and for far less money.I'm not normally this tight but when I walk into this fast food burger joint, I place my order at the counter, I'm handed an empty drink cup that I must fill with ice and drink myself but then the key pad is turned around asking for a tip! I hate this!I always tip but after being blown away with the price of my small burger combo I thought Gee, my drink is not even being filled for me, or the food brought to my table, what is the tip for? Seriously, Was a very uncomfortable turn-off.A tip jar is one thing but if I must fix my own drink and clean my own table and stand in line for my burger that comes simply wrapped in foil on a tray, no reason to tip as I received NO customer service, nothing was wrong with my meal but five guys must offer more for less not less for more...If Five Guys continues with the tip thing I suggest Start bringing the food to the table or poring the drink like the large national Chicken sandwich place does that does not ask for tips and the employees always walk up to the table and say hello and ask do you need anything and always smile and respond with a my pleasure, you need more of that five guys! And those Chick combos are 1/3 the price of my Five Guys burger combo!As stated, I almost always tip but the high cost of my meal with no customers service then asking for tips was a true turn-off.When walking to my car, I was not thinking about how great my meal was, I walked away with a feeling that I did not get what I paid for. Not what I consider a good value and the tip thing bugged me as no service was offered.Five Guys can charge what it wishes but I won't be back, just not worth the "feeling " surprise and shock of my money parting my pocket for a meal and service that was good but simply not THAT special.“

That was the grilled spicy chunks of chicken that was my favorite item to order on a regular basis, was on the menu for years and then "poof" gone,... Was nice being able to something non fried with no bread for low carb diets. “Recently had Jersey Mike's cater a luncheon for me. The service was great. I used the app to place the order. The manager (I didn't know it was the manager at the time) called to review the order, gave options on how the boxes could be set up, explained the sandwiches and boxes would be labeled. At pick up everything was ready, and the manager helped carry the food to the car. The food was fresh, and delicious. Everyone enjoyed it. “For lunch I decided to eat at Subway on South Kings Highway in Myrtle Beach SC . I always get the buffalo chicken sub with lettuce tomato red onion cucumber with ranch dressing. Some of the Subways get the order wrong but this one knew how to make it the right way by placing the buffalo sauce on top of the chicken and then place the cheese on top of the sauce.The atmosphere was nice and the store was like the rest of the subway stores but smaller . I would go back again .“

“I was trying to enjoy my meal but apparently your corporate people think it is appropriate to have a meeting in your lobby with the General Manager at the location. This conversation should not be had in your lobby. The way he was talking to the manager made me very uncomfortable, very condescending tone. Discussing labor should done in private not in your lobby. On a positive note the staff was great and the food was amazing“

“This is the best Zaxby's in the Myrtle Beach area the Staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable the store is very clean and well organized the food is fresh and the service and staff at fast and friendly the other locations are slow cold food and rude the portions at other stores are very small compared to the Murrells Inlet location this is the only Zaxby's that I will visit five stars in my opinion“

“This location at 900 South Kings Highway is far superior to the Glenforest location which is less then 1 mile from my house. I will drive 23 minutes extra to come here 900 S Kings Hwy location anytime. This store is cleaner, staff is nicer and food much better and safer. I put in an online order and upon arrival 2 staff members greeted me and had my order ready in less than 2 minutes. This place is cleaner and the food is better.The Glenforest location should be closed down due to unsanitary and filthy conditions and the staff there are very rude and disrespectful. I also got horrible food poisoning at the Glenforest location.So my advice from experience: stay clear of the Glenforest location and visit 900 South Kings Highway instead. You will be very happy you did!“

One of the workers walked over and apologized telling us that they ran out of rice and needed to make sure. We said no problem and waited. Not too long later our food came out. Also, the rolls were fresh unlike a nearby sandwich shop that I stopped patronizing due to their stale roles. A tip to remember.
