After a fun morning walking and shopping in. Georgetown, my family decided to try Graham’s Landing for lunch. We waited 20 minutes before anyone stopped by to take our drink order. It was only our table and one couple at the bar. After ordering our flounder po boy sandwiches, we discovered the server did not bring us any type of sauce for our fish sandwiches. Our server was no where to be found. We walked to the bar to ask the bartender. 15 minutes later, we received our sauce for our now cold fish sandwich. The server placed our bill on our table at this time, and we never saw her again. She never asked about our food or refilled our drinks. Horrible service and adequate food. Big fat disappointment! Will not return !

Came in town from Ohio to do a job. Came to this place and had the ribeye. It was cooked perfectly (medium rare plus) for me. This is a char broiled steak. It’s slightly charred on the outside like it was cooked on a very hot grill. I like the charred flavor. That is how I cook mine at home. If you don’t like the charred flavor you might prefer the prime rib. The sides were good as well. Came here at like 3pm so they were not busy. Service was good as well.

I rarely leave a bad review but our experience today @ Graham’s Landing was the worst I’ve seen at a restaurant! Service was horrible, waited for 50 mins just to get water. Once food came, there was hair in all three tacos. Seriously, I saw them immediately once they sat the food down so no one did a quality check before the food left the kitchen. The grouper had a very string fish odor, I’m confident it was several days old. After asking the server to speak with someone about the food and I was told sorry I can’t talk to you right now! This was totally unacceptable and roughly 2hrs after we sat down for lunch. Horrible experience and I will never go there again. The unfortunate conclusion about this experience was everyone in the restaurant did not seem to care and I could tell service complaints have to be a frequent thing there I can understand if they were short staff, but why seat people at every table? Waiting nearly one hours for water is outrageous and unacceptable.

Did an online order and it actually was very easy to do. I had ordered friedto me mushrooms and they were very good just needed a little more salt but the sauce was really good for dipping the mushrooms. We had the seafood blackened and had the 2 items, the Blackened oysters and blackened shrimp. Shrimp and Oysters both of those were super tasty and it came with tater tots. Would have preferred a fresh side. The next item was the French dip with Au Jux which was tasty but dry and overcooked. Next time I will ask for rare. . The waitress was super polite and brought my order

Diners beware....Was in Georgetown on vacation and made the unfortunate decision to give my business to this restaurant. Called at 7:50PM to confirm the restaurant closed at 9 as posted, after my phone mistakenly suggested they would close at 8. The presumptive hostess answered the phone and said “well, the kitchen closes at 8:30 tonight”... ok... proceeded to walk across the street to the place, arriving around 7:52. We walk in and are greeted by a hostess who asks how many we had in our party, swiftly followed by informing us the it would be “15-20 minutes” before a server could get to us. I’m a (equally overworked) bartender. I know for sure no server is going to walk around for 20 minutes forgoing the chance to meet the acquaintance of people who fund their livelihood. Beside the point. Waitress who greeted us after 3 minutes of being seated was aloof, to say the least. “Didn’t have the stuff” to top my surf and turf ribeye, which was chargrilled at too high of a temperature, leaving my medium rare steak more like a charcoaled Pittsburgh...hurriedly prepared steaks aren’t not my style, sue me. My mom’s blackened seafood was far over seasoned for thin pieces of fish and what appeared to be bay scallops in spite of what the menu proposed. My potato was cold. Mom’s grit cake tasted like a not fully microwaved hashbrown. Clearly these people were hauling it to get home. Understandable if their restaurant’s meals were free. Food overview: Green beans were the highlight, and we surprisingly did not become food poisoned. Too dramatic? Moving on.....Asked for a margarita and got what I can only assume to be dishwater. Bet my life savings there was no tequila (again, humbly stating I’m a seasoned bartender).... This is coming from a totally down to earth patron who relates to the industry and never complains. I, for the first time ever, sent a drink back, politely asking our waitress (who didn’t bother to give us her name) if I could switch back to the berry margarita (tequila with a drop of grenadine?) I ordered originally—bartender went from preparing my drinks in a deep fishbowl glass to a short stemmed wine glass intended for red dinner wines. Solid. You read between the lines. At least got the dishwater marg taken off the bill, so that’s satisfying.Horrifying. Too embarrassed for the restaurant, as well as our decision to dine here, to even ask to speak to a manager. Witnessing what the staff feels like they can get away with led me to believe talking to management would be futile anyhow. Everyone has a bad night, and maybe we caught one of those. But feedback should be used to enforce accountability, hence this thorough account.TLDR: Staff clearly overworked and possibly thus highly disinterested leading to a less than welcoming environment with employees who appear miserable and inconvenienced. Food lackluster with a misleading menu. Decor and atmosphere could be super appealing with revamped hiring and improved training/accountability for members of the kitchen..

Ambiance is great and interior very comfortable. However, food is why I went. Ordered Oyster Po Boy and fries extra crispy. Could hardly find oysters on the big bun but a few crunchy tidbits of the fried breading. Fries came soggy and barely cooked. Sam Adams was good but had nothing to do with the restaurant. Waitress acted as if I had inconvenienced her by coming in. I guess if you walk into a restaurant and kitchen staff and wait staff are sitting around a table in back with no one else there…I shoulda figured this one out before I sat down. It’s on me!

We stopped here for lunch yesterday. My husband & I both ordered the crab cake sandwich & tots. A short time later the waitress came to tell us they only had 1 crab cake left so my husband ordered the flounder sandwich instead. It took 22 minutes to get our food & they weren't busy whatsoever. My sandwich had a little dab of sauce on it. My husband ordered his sandwich blackened, it came breaded & deep fried. The food wasn't anything special & I definitely won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Stopped around 2 PM on a Saturday after walking all around the shops. Clean restaurant. Food was great and reasonably priced.

This was the single worst dining experience after 51 years on planet earth. After we arrived and sit down, the waitress Cammie quickly told us about all the items that that they didn't have, along with the skyrocketing food prices. As we sat sweltering in the sun waiting for our drink order, we continued to sweat for 10 minutes. With no drinks in sight, we had the hostess sit us inside. Bad move. From that point on the train came off the track. We noticed they were short staffed, the hostess was running food, and no one appeared to have a set station. The bus boys were running frantic doing all sorts of things all over the restaurant. After our drinks finally Arrived wrong! we continued to wait a solid hour. We inquired who the manager was and the hostess turned his back to us and ignored the request. My wife asked a waitress to get our server this was also ignored. After this was ignored twice, my wife approached the bar to speak to our waitress who had vanished for 20 minutes. Come to find out "Cammie" was also the manager. This explained a lot! She proceeded to apologize saying she was sorry! And that she'd been out in the kitchen cooking our food. I wanted to know why multiple other tables who were seated after us were fed first. So 1 hour 15 minutes we still didn't have our food! Extremely unprofessional never brought salads or bread or anything to hold us over. Sorry just doesn't cut it!

Nice folks. Maybe it was because it was Labor Day Weekend, but had the saddest shrimp po-boy ever. Georgetown is the home of an entire shrimp fishing fleet. The shrimp in my sandwich were tiny, not small, tiny. Looked like they came from a bad Chinese Buffet.
