came to get a pick up order, there is workers inside not unlocking the door just sitting there laughing. don’t know what is going on here but i’m seeing others with the same experience

I stopped here on 4.12.2024 at 0715 ish and sat in the drive thru for 3 min with no response. I moved to the window and sat there for 2 minutes with no movement inside except the truck driver i saw park in the parking lot at the same time as I pulled in. Store was open and no one was was around.... I was looking forward to a good sausage biscuit but they were not helping with that need.

I will never eat at Hardee's again, I ordered a number 2 with no condiments a large fries a large Dr. pepper and a large coke zero. They took forever at the drive thru, people were blowing their horns. My hamburger was so messy with mustard , mayo and ketchup which I stated I didn't want and both drinks where flat, what a waste of money, what happened to Hardee's?I meant what I said, I will never eat at Hardee's

I have been going to this Hardee's for years, lately the customer service at the drive through is terrible. No smiles, no thank you, no have a nice day, the attitude is that they are being bothered. Guess I will consider somewhere else from now on.

Go to the drive-through around 5:30 PM today and the young lady that was on the speaker was very sweet. Very kind when I pulled up to the window. There are about four other staff members standing behind her. Some of them were just standing around. I asked for a mushroom and Swiss burger, which I usually get almost every time that I go there. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt every time because they’re young kids that work in there in the evenings, but this time my food was cold. The cheese look like it just came out of the wrapper and was so cold. The burger patty itself was not even lukewarm and stiff like cardboard. I came back to the drive-through to ask for a refund and there was an African-American black girl. , but this time my food was cold. The burger patty itself was not even lukewarm. I came back to the drive-through to ask for a refund and A young African-American female that yelled out Why am I doing a refund And the young lady that served me explained to her that the food was cold they Spoke amongst one another and the team leader I guess it’s who it was that gave me a refund just gave it to me. Normally I never say anything but this time it really bothered me. Why would you give me something that you would not even eat? They have to tighten up down there.
