“This place is happening. During the late nights on some days they'll even have live music. The alcohol here is cheap as a mog. Our server was kind of ?? but honestly, they were super helpful and friendly. The staff here overall was just chill. Good is great. The dishes are not all made equal in terms of price/portion ratio, by far. Also get their World Famous Nachos if you have any sense to you.“
“My oxtails were tender & very good! I went when they first opened & was going to order curry goat but they didn’t have it ready. I also liked the plantains & the cabbage! Food is a little pricey just like a lot of places but very good! I’ll be back!“
“Visited on March 18th. Only one person was working and he handled in house customers as well as carry-out orders. Food was good but the meat was a little tough (could have been due to microwaving to rewarm). Would go back again. My family tried the jerk lamb, jerk chicken, oxtail and ackee & cod fish.“
“Great tasting comfort food at a reasonable price. Customer service was amazing, the owner cares about his customers and makes sure they feel welcome and are enjoying themselves. He even gave one of the people in our group a small sample plate for free when he noticed that our co-worker wasn’t going to order anything. If you’re looking for a hole in the wall owner operated restaurant with good food, this is your spot. Amazing food and a cool local spot to get a quick bit for lunch. Beware portions are large!“
