Our first time at this location and very pleased with the friendliness of staff, the speed of service and the quality of the food.McAllister's is our favorite deli locally and all have been excellent. This one is every bit as good as the others. The only downside for us was that it's on Augusta road and getting in and out with traffic was a pain

First off, let me say I really like McAlisters even though the prices are crazy. However everything is expensive nowadays. I miss the Congaree rd location. Really hoping it will reopen. Nonetheless, I've been craving McAlisters for a few days. Placed my online order for pickup. My toasted bread was hard and tasted stale. I always ✔️ the box for include pickle. No pickle...smh. I called wanting to modify an order I was going to place for delivery through a delivery service. I wasn’t able to modify what I wanted through the app, but the man who answered the phone told me to give him the name and he would take care of the changes. He was SO nice and so willing to help, which was a breathe of fresh air. A+ service. I wish I had asked for the man’s name because his customer service skills and attitude are amazing.
