The McAllister club sandwiches is delicious the only thing I did notice while eating my sandwich, was that the cheese wasn't fresh. I had to remove it. ?. Staff is very friendly.

Our first time at this location and very pleased with the friendliness of staff, the speed of service and the quality of the food.McAllister's is our favorite deli locally and all have been excellent. This one is every bit as good as the others. The only downside for us was that it's on Augusta road and getting in and out with traffic was a pain

Pretty pissed…my boyfriend and I walked in at 8:45pm. We were looking at the menu. And one employee goes up to the cashier and whispers to her. While we were looking at the menu, the cashier then proceeds to tell us that the order would have to be to go. Not very good food industry etiquette at all. They weren’t even closed yet and it wasn’t even minutes to closing!!! Put a very bad taste in my mouth and was honestly rude. Won’t be wasting money at this location

First off, let me say I really like McAlisters even though the prices are crazy. However everything is expensive nowadays. I miss the Congaree rd location. Really hoping it will reopen. Nonetheless, I've been craving McAlisters for a few days. Placed my online order for pickup. My toasted bread was hard and tasted stale. I always ✔️ the box for include pickle. No pickle...smh. I believe I'm going to start making my own club sandwiches at home. $20 for lunch to get a unsatisfactory meal is ridiculous.

I unknowingly walked in 2 minutes before they opened and was told they weren’t open yet. I asked if I could wait inside since it was cold outside. An employee got agitated and mumbled expletives about me. Keep in my mind I was at the door and she was in a back corner. I imagine she has personal issues that she is dealing with but her behavior was unsettling. Check your cameras at 9:58am.
