The team is rude and weren’t friendly. First of all, they forgot my drink, when they finally made the shaken espresso it was made wrong and when they remade it they put almond milk instead of oat milk in which it is supposed to be made with. I can’t even explain how long I waited too. I asked for a refund and the manager was condescending with zero remorse for my allergy to almond milk. NEVER AGAIN!! I have no idea about the service, drinks, or food here and that is because I would never order anything from this location based on the condition of their restroom. I have seen cleaner port-a-johns in Afghanistan! How can a place be trusted to have a clean food prep area if they can't even keep their restrooms clean. This place needs some serious attention and possibly a change in management!

Awful experience. Customer service was slow and lethargic. Waited and waited for my drink. People ordered after me were served right away. When I asked for my order, it was even wrong! NEVER go to this Starcrap ever again! Beware!
