Rip off. Kids scoop of ice cream with almost $4 and the equivalent to a teaspoon amount. Regular cone had so little ice cream that after a few bites all ice cream was gone and all I had left was en empty cone. Save your money.

Great ice cream!! But, when I went through the drive through, they asked me to sign the bill and give a tip before I got my order?!?!? I know the new thing is to tip everyone, but I think I should at least receive the service I’m tipping first, right?

I ordered brownie sundae at Greenwood SC location, brownie hard as a rock, couldn’t even cut it with a knife. Awful
I'm putting three stars because the young girls working here obviously were hard workers and on the ball. The older woman cashier was not. I waited in the drive thru for around 15 minutes or so. I then saw someone bring up the blast I ordered and set it on the counter. However the older woman was too busy trying to fix a stapler. I sat there watching her for around 2-3 minutes try to unjam a stapler. Earth to Matilda! There were 5 cars waiting behind me at this point. One of the younger girls walked up confused at what was going on and asked if I had been rung up. I told her yes and that I was waiting for a blast. She was extremely nice but the blast had already melted and was basically a shake at that point.

We usually eat at Brusters in Spartanburg, Greer or Greenville; therefore I was shocked at the much smaller portions at the Greenwood store. Never again.

Brewster's has good ice cream. The only issue is that the flavor you really like may not be available all the time. You know Ice cream always gets out of trouble because it is so sweet!
