Took 22 mins for our food to get to us. My fries was cold . My chicken was burnt up like it has been precooked and then put back into the fryer to be reheated. When I said something to the lady she just stands there looking at me . She didn't say a word . I asked to speak to manager was told she wasn't there.

I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered me a steak biscuit with cheese and a small hash round. I got to the window and decided I wanted a medium. My cashier did not have an attitude nor did the lady that came to help. I got my order and I was satisfied. I got to my office and proceeded to eat my biscuit and omg. I was so happy. The biscuit was done. The steak was done. The hash rounds were done. I was completely satisfied with my order. Everything was on point. Friendly smiles. Friendly attitude. I will most definitely be ordering from there again. Not to mention the fact that my biscuit was shaped like a heart. I felt the love. Thank ya'll so much.
Ordered a variety of 7 sandwiches, got 6 in the bag. Showed them the receipt, and they asked me which one was missing. Like I knew what they had put in each of the wrapped sandwiches.

If possible, this location would be a negative star! Went there today, 11/9 at approximately 4:00 pm. My order was quite simple, a 5 piece chicken strips, not a meal, no drink......just chicken!I pulled up to the window and paid. I was asked to pull up and wait. I waited 12 minutes, anticipating fresh chicken considering I was the ONLY CUSTOMER! The employee came out with my order. Before pulling away, I removed one from the box. It was cold, hard and dry as a piece of cardboard. I spit out that first bite and backed up to the window. I explained the problem and handed them back. After scowling at me she very rudely said "pull up and wait, we'll cook more". I pulled up and waited another 14 minutes. After pulling away, I grabbed for a strip. It was warm, not hot and EXTREMELY OVERCOOKED! The breeding was hard as a rock and was more like gravel coated chicken jerky! All five pieces were placed in the trash at the BP station.When you charge $8 for five little strips of chicken, the least you could do prepare something that resembles edible food instead of five day old road kill! Terrible location! Shut it down.
