I won’t ever come back. The server was great but he was responsible for every table in the building and seating people as well so needless to say we could barely get a refill (not his fault though, he’s only one person). They also did not have coffee. Just decaf. Like how do you not have coffee? We get our food 45 minutes in and the food was ok. Come to bill time, my stepfather can’t get a military discount on our bill. Just his one meal. Manager inside screaming, cussing as I’m leaving this review. Staff your business or close it. I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes or more for food, nor 30 minutes to pay my bill. Also, turn the heat on. It’s cold outside. If you can’t afford to run the heat inside your establishment then close it! If you can’t keep your bathrooms running properly close it!!! Stop running your one server to death while only paying them 2.50 an hour plus tips!!! They aren’t going to make anything here when they can’t keep people happy because your management sucks!!! We still left 30 for a tip though because this young man who served us kept his cool and was extreme nice and polite during the whole catastrophe.

The restroom door was propped open to the dining room. Staff arguing loudly in the kitchen. No sausage links!Didn’t stay long enough to try the food!

Service took forever, both taking the order and getting it. To-go and door dash orders were clearly a priority. After ordering, we found out 13 min later they did not have a key ingredient to complete our order. The floors were dirty and sticky, and the bathrooms smelled bad. This location has been declining over the years, and we decided to give them one more chance. This will be the last.

Good service. Although it didn't seem very busy, they must've been short on staff because the waiter, who was extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, was running around like crazy. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. There was nothing wrong except my pancakes didn't have cream. I didn't ask for it, but the images all have it. It's not an issue, but be sure to specify what you may want. Also, the building AC was out, causing the building to be a little stuffy. An access door was open to let air in at least. Overall, it's not a bad stop. Could have been better, but it could've been way worse.Kid-friendliness: Kids under 12 eat free with restrictions. And kid friendly menu items

I've never been to an IHOP before but I had an online order. When I got there it took longer to get it because they Gave my order to someone else and they kept confusing me about what was mine. Also the server was being really loud for no reason. I do feel bad for the cook he seemed stressed out but other than that the food is ok.

No host at front servers arguing because nobody wanted a party of 8. Servers in the back yelling at the cooks. All this took place n I never got seated! Customer service is not a thing at this place.

Extremely hot inside. Did an online order and still had to wait almost 20 minutes to get my food . Host wasn’t ‘rude’ but clearly didn’t want to be working portion was small but tasted fine. No much has changed under the ‘new management’

When I was younger it was pretty good, They claim to only have one chef and one waiter at the moment, so a group of 5 and above it too much for them. So go at your own risk.

I really don't expect this place to last long. The issues could easily be addressed and haven't been.1. It smells. It's very musty and not somewhere I went to eat.2. There was no music and no one was there so it was almost eerie.3. Very similar to before this location shut down last time, the staff talks VERY loudly in the dining room to each other. I don't care if you chat with you coworkers but I could hear them clearing from across the room and their conversation was NOT working appropriate.4. Missing food. They didnt gave crepes when we went which is wild considering it takes up 1/4 of the menu. At the same time this place gets very few customers so keeping ingredients in stock should be very simple.5. They aren't advertising now stuff. I went for the pancake tacos and they were not on the menu or on anywhere else.All of this issues are fixable and you won't last another 6 months without fixing this.
