The food at moes is always fresh and flavorful. However, the service at this location was too slow. It took us 10 minutes to get through the line. The food was good, but please speed the service up.

Employee didn’t listen and was doing her own thing I asked for certain things and she’d already tried to wrap up my burrito and my wife asked them to remake her burrito instead they took it upon themselves to just re-wrap the burrito which fell short of expected because they just dumped the toppings from the previous one into a new burrito which made it less toppings than what we normally get for the same expensive price and the chips were cold, they should really work on the customer service skills as far as attitude people pay their hard earned money so I would expect to be respected and my food made right won’t be going for a while!This occurred Sunday October 8th 2023 @ 2:00 of course no one wore a name tag but employees on their phone not listening to customers also getting attitudes it’s just ridiculous

I really enjoy going to Moe's!! First time at the Greenwood SC location near Lowe's!! The customer service was really dull, there personality was really bad!!! Anyone could tell those employees didn't want to be there!! What's so bad, that effects customer service as well as the customer!! Not sure if I'll ever visit that Moe's again!! I honestly tried to get the two girls to smile, but without success!!
