I love Panera Bread but I absolutely hate the one in Greenwood. Their portions are ALWAYS smaller than every other Panera I’ve ever been to. I went today at about 1:45pm (well after the lunch rush) and it was extremely slow. The girl at the window was also kind of rude. I asked nicely if they could do a special request for my soup and she just snapped back at me with “no”. They need to take some training tips from Chick Fil A on costumer service.
