This place was AMAZING!! It was really crowded when we got there because it had just recently opened. Although there was a huge line we still managed to order and get our snowcones in under 7 minutes! It was really colorful outside and had alot of delicious flavors! Awesome service and great people. I got the limited time s’mores and it was very good! To the comment before mine, I have been to many Pelicans and none of them have public bathrooms…
