Unlike many of the angry rants I read here I am a huge supporter of CFA in general and this store in particular. I spend more than $500 dollars here every month. Most of the time the food is good and worth the slightly expensive menu. However, this store had a quality problem. Many of the reviews here say they have errors with their orders and my experience is similar. In fact it's rare that an order is exactly accurate; like less than half the time. My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I was hungry. My visa gift card was not working. Someone, I am guessing a manager seen me stressing out because the card was not working and they gave me my meal. I almost started crying in the middle of the airport.

Great service. Not a terribly long line but that's because the kept it moving. Two people in the front tag teamed and asked what I wanted and fulfilled the order while it was being entered into computer. Doesn't get much better than that. Food not bad. I got chicken minis and a tea. Chicken minis were decent size but were slathered with honey butter. Tasted good but left my hands sticky for my flight As for ambiance- well I'm at the airport. What do you expect?
