Horrible customer service. These counter people should be fired. I walk up and get greeted with 'what do you want?' I order, go to pick up my order and the girl throws my bag on the counter and says ' here's, turns around and starts dancing with the fat guy in the kitchen to some rap song! Only in a Christian run business.. what a bunch of hypocrites. Horrible... go anywhere but this messed up place

SO FOUL. The food was so disgusting we took one bite of our hash browns and chicken biscuit (mind you the hash brown bite had to be spit out). Seriously the biggest waste of money. Find a different place to eat in the airport, even if that means grabbing quick food like bags of chips.

Unlike many of the angry rants I read here I am a huge supporter of CFA in general and this store in particular. I spend more than $500 dollars here every month. Most of the time the food is good and worth the slightly expensive menu. However, this store had a quality problem. Many of the reviews here say they have errors with their orders and my experience is similar. In fact it's rare that an order is exactly accurate; like less than half the time. They always are willing to make it right but it's annoying after driving all the way home to find out they gave you something wrong. I've taken to checking every single thing before I leave and that surely annoys everyone else waiting in line behind me. In addition to orders being incorrect (even when using the app), they have problems with wet or wilted lettuce on their salads, overcooked chicken breasts on the sandwiches, and sometimes stale sandwich buns. I suppose it's hard to find and hire good help but some introspection from the management seems to be in order. I will keep going here because it's much better than the alternatives and I do think they want to improve. We shall see.

My flight was delayed by 2 hours and I was hungry. My visa gift card was not working. Someone, I am guessing a manager seen me stressing out because the card was not working and they gave me my meal. I almost started crying in the middle of the airport.
