Went there early on a Saturday for lunch before any lunch rush, staff was very polite and attentive. I had the meatloaf which was absolutely ridiculous, the best meatloaf I’ve had no joke, not crazy sweet with a gallon on ketchup like some places it was just right and the fried okra was amazing. FYI if you get the meatloaf get your side boxed up because you won’t be able to eat it. I went back to this restaurant because I had a bad experience a few years ago and said I would never go back. They have a new menu, new owners... It was absolutely delicious! The only issue I had, is the small pour of wine for $10. Also, it was Sunday, they had special bloody Mary's but they only use wine instead of vodka on Sundays.

This was one of my Dad's favorites 45 years ago, so while I was in town I stopped by for lunch and to go down memory lane.Can I tell ya, from the time I walked in until I left , it was an unbelievable experience.The only regret I have is I didn't get the waitress name, because she was not only Spot On, but very attentive and friendly.
