“Super friendly and fast service. The sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein, and crab rangoons were so so good, probably my favorite in the Charleston area! Very flavorful, huge portions, and fresh. The crab rangoons had a slightly different flavor and filling than I’m used to but I didn’t mind it at all. I didn’t care for the egg roll but would try it again to see if it was just a bad batch.“
“We had a date night/lunch where we scheduled a sitter.Madelyn was amazing. She walked us through our saki choices and made some excellent recommendations. We also got great recommendations for our mealAll in all, probably the best sushi meal I have had in Charleston and we live here so that is saying a lot!!If you're thinking of coming, do it!! You won't be disappointed. And if you get Madelyn as your server, count yourself lucky!!“
“We love coming to O-ku, it feels metro being right on King Street. The appetizer summer roll is unreal! The sauce the soooo good.Pictured is the rainbow roll, a little small for the price. The sake is speciality and the sake flight lets you try some different ones. I recommend a reservation because sometimes it is busy!“
“It's a nice hipster looking place with indie and alternative music in the background ? the staff is super friendly and you can see that they work as a team and get along ?♂️I tolerate spicy very little and well ? this place has very few menu options and several of them are, guest what? spicy ?️? however the good reviews and photos made us come ? the little I tried from my boyfriend's dish (Pad Kra Pao) it seemed to me that the meat was very well seasoned, and he was fascinated by his dish, the buns we ordered to share were delicious, sweet and soft, both the bun and the meat ?; my greens tasted sooooo good, we were impressed; the Jiao Zi were a surprise, I had never tried that flavor profile and I It seemed very interesting honestly but I also started to burn my mouth our waitress Natalie saw me struggling with water and my ginger beer and brought me ? milk like ❤️ it was the freakin’ sweetest and most considerate gesture on the ? because I knew that it would be spicy and I still took the risk and didn't ask for help but she was watching our table so she noticed it honestly super attentive not only with that but with her whole service during our stay, I am so pleased whenever I get actual quality services, 5 stars for Natalie ⭐️?We were satisfied in our tummies and our hearts ? (and had some leftovers to go ?)“
“I've been coming here for years and it has never ever been anything short of amazing! Service is always good and food is always delicious ESPECIALLY the sashimi! I will never go anywhere else in SC for sushi. Literally the only downside is finding parking on a busy night, everything else is perfect every time!“
“Although I ordered delivery...the quality...freshness and deliciousness of every single item I ordered was by far impressive! The chicken in my rice and pho was REAL CHICKEN. Not some processed pressed unidentifiable textured substance. I'm absolutely pleased.“

“Lida was my server and bartender at Fuji! She was amazing and had an inspiring story. She is a struggling college student trying to make ends meet. I appreciated her recommendations, my husband and I split the surf and turf roll and really enjoyed it. The drinks were also delish. I recommend asking for Lida when you are going to check out Fuji!“
“I go here at least once a week, sometimes two. It's the best ramen in the area. The ramen is pretty consistent. There have only been one or two occasions when I felt like the broth flavor was off a bit from their usual rich flavor. If you like ramen, this is a fantastic option and we're lucky to have it.“
“This restaurant is one of the best hibachi restaurants I've eaten at in Charleston. The food is high quality and comes out quickly. It is mainly a take-out type establishment but there is plenty of seating for anyone wanting to eat in.The worker who I assume is the owner is a very nice guy. He looks like he takes pride in his work and is happy doing his job. The food is very tasty, chicken hibachi is much nicer here than any other hibachi I have had elsewhere.“
“Thank you so much to your establishment for saving the day for daughters sweet 16 dinner! We originally had reservations at a different establishment in West Ashley and was treated very poorly by their team. We called your establishment and was very accommodating for our party of 20! The food and the people were amazing and my daughter was happy! Thank you all again!“
“This is a "cozy" little restaurant. I love Korean food, so I was very pleasantly surprised to find Korean food on the menu and not just Japanese food (which I also love). However, one must order and pay online by using a QR code on one's phone, and then select items without being able to ask the server about them. The Bulgogi was very delicious, as was the tempura shrimp (perfectly cooked and large pieces), and one side order of kimchee (not really enough) which does NOT come with the meal! And, they no longer serve the Korean "side dishes" which make Korean dining so nice. And, many menu items listed are not available - so why list them at all? It was very loud as well. Still, I cannot wait to return to try their other Korean dishes! I highly recommend Kanpai.“
“Quick, easy to order, affordable, and tasty! I had the sesame chicken hibachi, and it was easily enough for 2, maybe 3 meals for me. I ate it so fast, I forgot to take a photo, but I will definitely be back for more hibachi, and to try the sushi. I got takeout, but I did see some inside seating available there.“
“Enjoyed lunch here today. Lunch is the way to go. $18.86 after tax, and it’s all you can eat. Gabe was my waiter and he is so polite and helpful. As a person who used to work in food & Bev, I always appreciate servers who enjoy their jobs. I love kings, especially when I need a cheap & filling sushi fix.“
“Excellent food, and exceptionally kind staff. They always take care of me. The salmon Poke Bowl is easily my go-to, and the deep fried Godzilla Roll is amazing. It's usually not busy when I come in and I'm shocked, this place should be bumping with how good the food is.“
“I order a teriyaki dinner extra vegetables about twice a week. Every single time the portions are huge, quality food, for an incredible price. I plan to continue being a regular customer. 5 star establishment and a staple of the community. Im hoping you long term success here in West Ashley! ?“
“Ordered hibachi salmon & shrimp with soup plus bomb shrimp from Fuji sushi bar and grill in Summerville's Nexton location. The flavors were fantastic, and everything was cooked to perfection, even as a to-go order. Great experience, will definitely be back for more!“
“I visited this restaurant in the late afternoon, for a quick dinner. I called in my order through the phone and went in the restaurant to pick up. There are several tables so this place would be great for dining for a small or large groups. I observed one lady working the cashier and kitchen, and one man skillfully in the kitchen cooking up several dishes. The lady at the cashier was very kind, and offered me a free sweet iced tea which was delicious. These people seem like very hard workers, I have much respect for them running the restaurant. My food was out in about 10 minutes, the filet mignon was tasty, the scallops were good as well, great portion for the price. There is plenty of rice and veggies, I am sure it is enough to split among a couple days, or enough for a small family. The curry sauce was fantastic, reminded me of Japanese S&B golden curry, and the regular sauce was great as well. The soup was light and comforting, complemented the dish well. I love supporting local businesses and i appreciate the kindness of the workers here, and the quality and affordability of the food. I will be visiting again.“
“I want to give 3.5 stars. The food was great. I had a sushi roll and hibachi lunch. I spent $30. Veggies were crispy. Steak was juicyZ not the best hibachi I ever had but great for a quick lunch and pretty good I think. The restaurant needs a deep clean. The bathrooms and floors haven't been cleaned in awhile. That's the only reason I deducted points .“
“We ordered the hibachi steak/chicken and steak/shrimp. Both meals were delicious, cooked perfectly, and very generous portions. We have eaten at this grill several times over the years and we have enjoyed every experience. Definitely recommended and appreciated in the community!“
“This small restaurant tucked in the renovated Dorchester road shopping center. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They ensure your order is correct. I have a favorite but today I ventured out and tried something new. I was throughly pleased. I definitely recommend this restaurant, especially if you want a quick lunch or dinner.“
“Vegetarian options: The hibachi has tofu as well as a large vegetable selection. There are multiple vegetable only rolls. It's not extensive and not labeled, but very easy to eat vegetarian - you just have to be aware of what you need and not expect it to be labeled.Highly recommend the all you can eat hibachi as you can customize it yourself (I loaded up on tofu).Dietary restrictions: It's not extensive and not labeled, but very easy to eat vegetarian, pescetarian, diabetic friendly, keto friendly, etc. You just have to be aware of what you need and not expect it to be labeled.Highly recommend the all you can eat hibachi as you can customize it yourself (I loaded up on tofu and my dad loaded up on scallops).Wheelchair accessibility: The door does not have an automatic button, however inside there is plenty of space for mobility aids - wheelchairs, electric scooters, walkers, etc.“
“Highly recommend the General Tso chicken. The food is surprisingly good and high quality for the price and the portions are so big you could easily have enough for 2 meals. The egg rolls are also amazing and I highly recommend the matcha bubble tea. Overall I would highly recommend this place if you want some cheap and delicious takeout.“
