Every time I order from this location the order is wrong. I have to order a lot from door dash since I'm unable to leave work a lot and today I received a pizza that should never have even left the store. Do they not realize that I not only have to pay extra through this service but am unable to check the product before paying for it. I call the store to let them know, manager tells me they are coming to pick it up and correct it, that was 5 hours ago. Call back and get someone else and they tell me there is nothing they can do since I used door dash and I should complain to them. So I do and I get 5 dollars off my next door dash order for a pizza that I paid 20 dollars for that I can't eat...will never order from there again...Domino's here I come. Thanks for sending over the best pizza I've eaten all week...Pizza hut has the same issues so I'll stay with Domino's from now on..

We have been trying to give this place a decent shot. They are constantly forgetting or dropping items that we ordered. We have gone back to the store more than two times. We should know better to check the box before we leave the store, so shame on us for that. The last time we ordered, the left off our order of garlic cups. We had already made it back to the house, so the manager on duty offered us a free pizza next time we ordered. Fast forward to today. We were expecting a free pizza, only to find out that there are not any notes in the office for customers. So if you are supposed to have one there, forget it. The general manager Aisha or Ieesha offered to make sure my garlic ups were with the order this time. She didn't even offer to comp them. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes. Apparently they don't care about customers. This is not how you handle business. It's unfortunate because Papa Johns had a special place with our family, but Hartsville, you ruined it. We won't be back.

Tastes like cardboard!!! Used to love crust with Garlic sauce. Can't even bite crust on this one because it's so hard. This place will go out of business, again.
Manager is RUDE. My order was delivered to the wrong house. Called and asked for them to re send out my order. They informed me door dash delivers for them. I understood and asked if they could just have the door dash driver come back and pick my order up and bring it to my house. Well, that was a no go per the manager. I JUST WANTED THE ORDER NOT MY MONEY BACK. Horribly rude! Thankfully door dash was extremely nice and helpful. It cost $0 to be a nice person. Papa Johns manager take note.

The manager at the Hartsville store is so rude and disrespectful. I made an order on 12/15 for a little over $41 and my order was wrong. I was told I can get another pizza but it was never put in their system. The manager I spoke to tonight need to be fired!!! I ended up contacting the head office on him. He refused to give me his name after he already said his name when he answered the phone. I see why the Hartsville store is always closing down. Corporate said someone will contact me in 48 hours about my complaint. If anyone need to make a complaint this is the number 1 (877) 547-7272 I give them a -10

This location has the best employees. While we did have a miscommunication regarding soda , not only did our driver offer to buy them for us , he actually went above and beyond and went and got the 2 we asked for. He also went ahead and came to deliver them to us all while we had already ate our food . If that isn't customer service then I don't know what is keep up the awesome service
