Rude employees, incorrect order, items not included. Probably the worst location, consistently. They do not want to service customers at the counter. Don't acknowledge anyone. When order is ready, employee simply slides tray onto counter. No words. Please again, why do they want higher pay to do less? Then want to argue with customers when the order is wrong and incomplete. Sit-down real Mexican restaurants are less expensive and so much better than taco bell. Definitely...read full review
Very little in burritos we received. Needs to be consistent on food. Last time they were nice and full. It filled the tortilla. If I'm gonna just eat tortilla I can do that at home.

This place sucks. No one in line and they still forget something in my order. Then the manager says they are busy and the gm’s is on the door. What poor customer service. I will never go back.
