This is the most trashiest, ghetto, dirtiest, poorly managed taco in the midlands. Just terrible. Charged my card several times, never get order, do not recommend & definitely will never be back

We never get an order correct here. Tonight we got a burrito of some sort, but not the quesadilla. Two items were supposed to have black beans, but had refried beans instead. One item was supposed to have beef, but it was just refried beans with tomatoes when there weren't supposed to be any. Never,ever forget to open and unwrap every item in store.

Rude employees, incorrect order, items not included. Probably the worst location, consistently. They do not want to service customers at the counter. Don't acknowledge anyone. When order is ready, employee simply slides tray onto counter. No words. Please again, why do they want higher pay to do less? Then want to argue with customers when the order is wrong and incomplete. Sit-down real Mexican restaurants are less expensive and so much better than taco bell. Definitely faster as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair adaptive

Very little in burritos we received. Needs to be consistent on food. Last time they were nice and full. It filled the tortilla. If I'm gonna just eat tortilla I can do that at home.
hi , i just left this lake murray location about 20-25 mins ago and my order was very warm and very neatly i want to say the workers on shift are very trained and ready to work . Definitely a 5 star restaurant 2/8/24

A good 90% of the time I order from here they get the order wrong I swear the cooks are either on drugs or can not read.they always mess up the orders.

We ordered 6-Soft Shell and 6-Hard Shell Supreme Tacos from the store located on Dutch Fork Road in Irmo, SC. The tacos were cold, the Hard Shell Tacos were soggy, stale, and had a terrible smell...We will not go back.
Surprisingly good breakfast burrito.Even though the store opens at 8:00, you can't eat inside until 9:00.
