I had the absolutely best Crudo I have ever tasted last night & I Am still craving more! We love sitting at the bar & meeting new people (another WVU grad!) & being taken care of by Mike. He's the best as is the entire staff. It's very obvious that they have worked together for years and are "family'! We love this place & can't wait to try Ken's new restaurant opening soon downtown.

Just tried to work with Eric the manager to reserve a group reservation and the entire experience was awful. He was unhelpful and standoffish. I have lived in IOP for 15 years and have a lot of friends and family in the area. I will share my negative experience with them and we won’t be doing business with you again. Incidentally I called the Boathouse and had the complete opposite experience. Polite, helpful, and accommodating. It’s r easy to be king when you’re on top but when the castle crumbles don’t come calling…
