I've been to peking gourmet on a few occasions now and they can he hit or miss with their menu. Some dishes are incredible, others are meh. Portion size is always pretty massive for the price. One standard entree is easily 2 meals. And let me tell you, the very reason I'm writing this review is because the general tso's chicken was absolute fire!! So, we ordered a couple dishes to take out. Currently there is no dine in allowed. We ordered shrimp and vegetables and sesame chicken. Both came with fried rice and an eggroll. We also ordered a standard item on all of our Chinese dishes, steamed dumplings. The food, I can say, was the standard of average. E order was exactly what you would expect from a strip mall Chinese place. Food was hot and plentiful. The flavor was average. It wasn't bad but it wasn't really gray either....read full review

Very convenient, placed an order and went next door, meals were ready in 10 minutes. Very good and tasty. Had steak with peppers, onions and a large shrimp fried rice. They are generous with the shrimp, maybe because that's the only thing that is in the rice. Shrimp and rice, no veggies or egg. Next time I will request the aforementioned additions since I will be dining with them again.
