“So, my old man and I decided to treat ourselves to some Italian grub at this place, and let me tell you, it was off the charts! From the moment we stepped through the door, we knew we were in for a treat. The vibe was classy yet cozy, setting the perfect mood for a memorable night.Now, onto the good stuff – the food! Every dish we tried was like a party in our mouths. I'm talking next-level risotto with truffles that had us swooning, and ossobuco so tender it practically melted on the fork. And don't even get me started on the fresh-baked focaccia – we had to resist filling up on it before the mains even arrived!The service was top-notch too. The staff were super friendly and knew their stuff when it came to recommending wine pairings. We ended up trying a couple of their suggestions, and boy, were they spot on!Honestly, it's no surprise this joint has a solid five-star rating. I wouldn't be shocked if they bagged themselves a Michelin star soon – they're that good. So, if you're in the mood for a dining experience that's a cut above the rest, do yourself a favor and hit up this Italian spot. Trust me, you won't regret it.”

“The Royal Tern is the perfect place to go for all things seafood! From appetizers to entrees, everything is amazing. My favorite dishes include the Ahi Tuna, Biscuits, and of course their fresh raw bar.”

“Cool atmosphere but a bit pricey for what you get. I went a few times, once with a group of four and they messed up two of our orders. They happily fixed it which was nice but it also wasn't busy. Food is okay but nothing special imo. Dog friendly patio area is a plus. Large parking lot is also nice. Personally, I only recommend going if you really want a late night bite or during happy hour, which does have great deals.”

“4:30 on a cold Saturday and it’s packed. Both the Irish red and wheat beers are decent. The staff are personable. Has a brewery feel. There is an outdoor area and a food truck. Dogs are not allowed on premises.”

“Lost Isle is a gem! Unique ambiance and patio / fire pit vibe pairs well with the all wood-fired menu. Open kitchen concept is fun to watch. Delicious, innovative cocktail menus and cocktails on tap. The chicken is to die for, as is the curry collards, polenta, and the whipped ricotta. My wife said one of her favorite spots in Charleston at any price! Of course, picking the right night/weather to go is crucial, as this is entirely outdoor seating. Dress appropriately. This is THE woodfired vibe in charleston (most definitely not Southbound, this is half the cost and twice a good!)”

“What a great addition to Johns Island. Jordan has an incredible knowledge of wine and terroir. The small group wine tastings are a great combination of learning, tasting wines from really small wineries, and making friendship, all accompanied by their delicious cheese plates. Can't wait to go to a wine and cigar pairing night soon.”

“So worth the trip out here on our way out of town. The biscoff stuffed french toast special was divine. Im huge griits fan and the make your own grits bowl was a hit. Tasty turkey bacon. Service was quick and friendly. Stop here. You will be happy”

“Always my favorite lunch spot at KI! For this visit we had Cafe Eugenia make a beautiful lemon raspberry cake for my dad's 80th birthday party- it was wonderful and a huge hit at the party. “What a fabulous find! This small business serves up amazing meals. The outdoor eating area was incredibly tidy and neat, we saw staff cleaning and prepping the area. It was filled with live plants and colourful flowers. The colourful and flavourful salsas that were on the table at were an added bonus. The menu offered a lot of choice. There was no difficulty finding tempting meals. Everything tasted very fresh and was prepared when ordered. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Prices were excellent and we would undoubtably, eat here again.”

“Great value, as they provide you with a huge selection of fried foods to choose from. More of a takeout place but you can eat at the outdoor benches. Onion rings, shrimp, fried clams and the flounder was solid.”

“Amazing place! I had the crab cake sandwich and my husband had the fried chicken . Both are so delicious ! And the key lime cheesecake is to die for !! Also the place is super cute and staff (Maria) is such a sweat heart and amazing service . Definitely recommend !”

“This was an excellent find on Google on our way to Kiawah. They are known for their sandwiches and making their own sauces and dressings as well as braised beef. It happened to be the one weekend a year they make their Reubens and it did not disappoint! Friendly service too.”
